- Prepare and save the work. In the company conversation, ask for a sourced buyer brief and a launch draft. Review the sources, assumptions and saved documents before using them.

How is Free BYOK different?
BYOK means bring your own key. Connect your model provider account and pay that provider directly for AI calls, without spending AgenAI inference credits. There is no trial period or introductory credit grant. Hosted sandbox compute is separate and needs prepaid credits.
What does one usage credit cover?
One usage credit offsets $1 of eligible AI and hosted sandbox usage at the recorded provider rate. Model input, output, cache use and sandbox runtime determine consumption. It is not a fixed number of messages. Advertising and other connected services bill you separately.
Do higher plans unlock more features?
No. Startup, Premium and Premium+ have identical functionality. The difference is the monthly included credit amount per paid user. Included credits are pooled within one company and expire at the end of each paid period.
How do top-ups work?
$10 buys $9 of usage. Purchased credits last 12 months and are shared within your company. Free BYOK can spend them on hosted compute; AgenAI-managed models require an active paid plan. There is no automatic recharge.
Who needs a paid seat?
Each company owner, admin and editor needs a paid seat. Viewers are free. Included usage is multiplied by the paid seat count and pooled within the company.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Use Manage billing to change the bundle or paid seat count for the next invoice, without mid-cycle proration charges or credit refills. Cancel renewal anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Unexpired purchased credits remain available for hosted compute on Free BYOK, or managed models after resubscribing, unless billing is suspended for review.
What happens when my balance runs out?
New managed usage pauses when the balance cannot cover its reservation. Add a top-up, wait for renewal or explicitly choose your own connected model key. AgenAI never changes your payer automatically. Uncertain provider outcomes keep their reservation until reconciled.
